Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Financial Analyst 3 to support a $2.9B Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services program. You will develop budgets, forecast expenditures, and perform variance analysis across task orders, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate EACs and robust financial reporting.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, SQL skills, and experience with government contracting financial controls.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BA degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with multiple contract types (CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and hybrid) in a government contracting environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in other Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, PowerPivot, SQL) and willingness to learn Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation.
• Deep working knowledge of Insight, including upload forms, drill-through forms, and ad hoc analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in writing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) queries for automation and standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and refine financial forecasts, budgets, and EACs for the program and projects with cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly EACs, AOP, and LRP for internal controls and planning.
• Manage lifecycle financial activities across Task Orders including invoicing support, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Support monthly closing of key metrics and lead variance analysis for internal and external reporting.
• Lead development and tracking of Work Breakdown Structures and related dictionaries and funding management.
• Coordinate subcontract and Intercompany Work Order financial activities and funding.
