Job summary

CACI International Inc in Danbury, CT is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support Space, Defense & Sensing Finance. You will own cost performance, forecast accuracy, budgets and EACs, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of related experience, with strong Excel, financial modeling, and familiarity with ProPricer, OneStream, SAP and other financial tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of related (technical project support or management) experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost variance analysis and reporting.
• Manage monthly forecasts, EAC, baselines, risks and opportunities.
• Track annual fiscal plans and provide monthly updates.
• Support proposal teams with cost inputs and pricing submittals.
• Create and maintain program budgets and forecasts using earned value management.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, department and government policies.
