Advanced Technology Systems Company seeks a Program Engineering Manager in Gilbert, AZ to lead a diverse engineering team across systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and test disciplines. You will guide technical strategy and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
10+ years proven experience in engineering roles, with strong technical background.
8+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
C5ISR experience.
Strong knowledge of Government funded contracts.
Knowledge of Regulatory and Government Standards (MIL-STD-810, ISO, ASME).
Strong knowledge of product development from inception through production.
Knowledge of sensors (EO/IR cameras, Radars, etc.).
Ability to multitask and track progress on multiple projects.
Ability to travel ~10% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers (systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and test).
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within scope, budget, and time.
Provide technical direction and review designs and solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.
Communicate updates to non-technical audiences and serve as primary technical customer contact.
