Job summary
Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Program Engineer, Federal Platform Operations, to lead large-scale federal initiatives spanning engineering, security, compliance and operations. You will shape the federal platform roadmap, drive automation, and ensure compliance across FedRAMP High and DoD IL5.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in federal IT or regulated environments
- 4+ years leading complex programs in SaaS or cloud/cybersecurity
- Experience delivering FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, STIG
- Strong AWS experience including GovCloud
- Familiarity with IaC and cloud automation
- Observability and incident-management experience
- Leadership of technical teams in growth environments
- Clear communication with stakeholders
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools for research and docs
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end federal platform programs including automation and security integrations
- Define strategy, milestones and success criteria with cross-functional leaders
- Oversee large cloud initiatives across AWS and federal environments
- Coordinate IaC for GovCloud with Terraform and automated deployments
- Lead disaster recovery and resilience testing across regions
- Drive Zero Trust identity initiatives and FedRAMP hardening
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, DoD IL5, SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Mentor and grow Federal Platform Operations engineers
- Improve deployment pipelines and reduce release friction
- Maintain program-level risk and stakeholder alignment
