YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead multiple youth development programs at the center. This role oversees member engagement, program growth, and fiscal management while developing staff and volunteers.

The position requires coordinating program operations, safety, and marketing, with involvement in community support efforts and leadership within the Center Management team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, teens and staff in youth programs.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Current YMCA First Aid, Adult, Infant and Child CPR certifications; immunizations may be required.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and oversee YMCA youth programs and enrollment goals.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff; ensure safety and risk management.
• Oversee budgets, grants and contracts for department operations.
• Lead community engagement, marketing and outreach aligned with center plans.
• Coordinate events, staff meetings and program evaluations to meet quality standards.
