Job summary

The Sooner Job Challenge seeks a Program Director to lead day-to-day operations in Oklahoma City, ensuring staff coordination, schedule planning, and project management for up to 60 youth.

You will implement policies from partner agencies, supervise staff, manage budgets, and oversee program administration, operations, and public relations while maintaining safety and well-being of participants in a 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years of professional business or public administration experience; leadership at mid-senior level preferred.
• Experience with at risk youth and youth programs is a plus; National Guard or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Sooner Job Challenge program; coordinate staff and scheduling.
• Oversee program administration, budget, operations, and public relations; ensure safety and well-being of youth.
