Job summary

Oklahoma Military Department in Oklahoma City seeks a Director JC to lead and manage the Sooner Job Challenge (SJC) program. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff coordination, and program planning to provide housing, training, mentorship, and safety for up to 60 youths in a 24/7 operation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of public or school administration experience; strategic leadership, budgeting, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional business or public administration experience.
• Five years of experience in school and/or military administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and organize the Sooner Job Challenge program; formulate and carry out the policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Oversee budget planning and execution; manage operations, staff, and cadets to ensure program continuity.
• Develop annual program objectives and performance goals; supervise staff and public relations relationships with partners.
