Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to translate customer requirements into actionable plans and robust governance. This role operates in a hybrid MN environment with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8+ years in program management or customer operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong strategic customer relationships with high-visibility programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning, scheduling, supply chain, logistics.
• Ability to operate at executive level with customers and leaders.
• Data-driven with metrics to manage performance and risk.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and hybrid work in MN.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior executive point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Lead and develop a high-performing program management team.
• Own customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and relationship health.
• Provide strategic program leadership from opportunity to delivery and changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Establish and lead disciplined customer operating cadence with reviews.
• Ensure timely, in-full delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Oversee pricing, scope changes, and cost impacts.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing ops capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, metrics and feedback.
• Develop talent and succession within the team.
