Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Program Director to provide oversight of the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration's Program Management Services for FEMA-related work. The Program Director serves as the senior leader responsible for the overall direction, performance, coordination, and successful delivery of all Program Management services under the contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and management oversight for program activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Program Management Firm and PRPHA for program-level matters.
• Oversee and coordinate the performance of all key staff assigned to the program.
• Monitor program performance, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, priorities, and deliverables.
• Ensure assigned projects are executed in accordance with PRPHA objectives, contract requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, recommendations, presentations, and program updates to PRPHA leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
