Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide oversight of the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration's Program Management Services for the Permanent Works Program (FEMA). The Project Manager will manage day-to-day activities, ensuring schedules, budgets, and compliance are met while coordinating with PRPHA, oversight teams, consultants, contractors, and internal staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/PM/Business).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management services.
• Experience with municipal governments, public agencies, housing programs or community development.
• Bilingual: fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects through planning, scope validation, procurement, construction monitoring and closeout.
• Lead validation of project scopes of work and quantities.
• Coordinate bid packages delivery to the Management Agent.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers, estimators, procurement, compliance, and finance teams.
