• BS in Engineering with 10+ years in electric utility engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team-building and collaboration abilities.
• Functional understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Advanced understanding of the electric power utility industry.

Responsibilities

• The Program Director (PD) will manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• PD will engage technical teams, review progress, evaluate effectiveness, and work with engineering/section managers to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers and PMO to optimize engineering delivery and program management.
• Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income on the program and support BD/AM on client initiatives.
