Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in pharmaceutical sales and sales leadership.
• 5+ years managing sales reps and 2+ years managing First Line Leaders.
• Strong cross-functional influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in interpreting performance data and translating insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee First Line Leaders and Sales Professionals to meet franchise goals.
• Coach leaders, deliver feedback, and drive capability development.
• Diagnose performance gaps and implement timely action plans.
• Oversee talent selection, onboarding, evaluation, and retention.
• Align regional plans with brand strategy and customer needs.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations with analytics teams.
