Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales and sales leadership.
• 5+ years managing sales representatives.
• 2+ years managing First Line Leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting performance data.
• Working knowledge of promotional compliance in regulated environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the National Business Director to deliver project goals and client expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop First Line Leaders to improve performance.
• Diagnose performance gaps and implement action plans.
• Oversee talent selection, onboarding, evaluation, and retention for Sales Professionals and Leaders.
• Establish retention strategies aligned to franchise objectives.
• Communicate priorities and results and reinforce expected behaviors.
• Provide strategic input to regional and territory plans with analytics alignment.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations with analytics teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose efficiency solutions.
• Maintain adherence to promotional, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor budgets including promotional and T&E spend; support budget neutrality.
• Suggest solutions to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Travel to support Syneos Health events and client needs.
