Qualifications

• Legal or related educational background, preferably a JD and bar status, or a master’s in public or business admin.
• Seven+ years in immigration legal services with five years in management and strong fiscal skills.
• Willingness to learn Catholic Charities policies and regulations.
• Experience leading a large legal services team and fundraising ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project programs and staff, overseeing operations and strategy.
• Develop program proposals, budgets and directives; ensure fiscal compliance.
• Cultivate donors, foundations, agencies and stakeholders; maintain external relationships.
• Monitor program contracts and ensure budgets avoid deficits; supervise staff.
• Provide training to program managers; advise on policy and strategic initiatives.
• Lead organizational planning, quality improvement, and resource development.
• Foster coordination with accounting, HR, IT and development teams.
