Job summary

Contracting Resources Group, Inc. (CRG) is seeking a full-time Contract Program Support Manager to support our Department of State client.

This role serves as the senior contractor representative with responsibility for contract performance, workforce management, and executive-level communications. You will liaison with government leadership, oversee staffing and operations, ensure compliance with FAM/FAH, develop plans and QA measures, and drive process improvements across Passport operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of federal program/operations management experience.
• Minimum 10 years managing large federal support contracts.
• Experience managing workforce operations over 100 personnel.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Experience interfacing with senior Government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with Government leadership and CORs.
• Oversee contract operations, personnel, resources, schedules, and performance outcomes.
• Direct staffing, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with DoS policies, FAM/FAH, and internal controls.
• Develop and maintain Management Plan, QASP, SOPs, and related artifacts.
• Monitor performance metrics, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices.
• Provide executive briefings and management reports to Government leadership.
