Willmeng Construction, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to provide high-level leadership and oversight for multiple projects from conception through completion, including police stations, fire stations, evidence facilities, and crime labs.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred; or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
• 10+ years of construction experience preferred with leadership capability and a track record of delivering projects.
• Design-phase experience coordinating with architects/engineers and managing design-related scope, schedule, and budget impacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead and mentor project teams (PMs, PEs, superintendents) and staffing/resource planning.
• Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions to protect margin.
• Establish and maintain project controls, reporting, and milestone accountability.
• Collaborate with preconstruction/estimating to support pursuits and smooth handoff to execution.
• Oversee long-term planning for upcoming work, including pipeline visibility and staffing projections.
• Collaborate with owners, architects/engineers, trade partners, and vendors to resolve escalations.
