A national technical consultancy is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary design and construction programs across the U.S. This is a strategic leadership role managing client engagements, project teams, and business performance across commercial, institutional, and infrastructure portfolios.

Role Overview:

• Oversee complex, high-value building programs from planning through execution, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial success.
• Guide project teams on risk, scope, procurement, and contract strategy.
• Build, mentor, and grow technical talent across vertical and horizontal delivery scopes.
• Implement operational frameworks, process improvements, and compliance best practices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align resources, improve forecasting, and drive growth.
• Act as a senior point of contact with clients, contractors, regulators, and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project strategy and execution on high-profile, multi-phase programs across diverse markets.
• Develop and execute divisional growth plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage project governance at scale.
• Champion safety, quality, and performance standards across all delivery streams.
• Support business development through proposal leadership, client relationship growth, and executive presentations.
• Mentor rising technical leaders and contribute to talent development initiatives.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in major programs across the built environment.
• Strong background in contracts, team leadership, design integration, and delivery management.
• PMP or similar program management certification preferred.
• Excellent business acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong technical grounding in vertical and horizontal development, including lifecycle consulting.
