Job summary

Qualifications
State of Illinois Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC) is required.
DCFS clearance is required.
Responsibilities
Foster a welcoming and positive culture focused on quality patient outcomes.
Conduct regular supervision meetings with counselors.
Train new clinical and support staff, and provide evaluations.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and drive accountability.
Oversee essential clinical documentation.
Advocate for patients in emergency situations and coordinate care.
Manage a partial caseload including assessments and coordinating care.
Participate in hiring decisions and build a cohesive team.
Education
Master’s degree in a behavioral healthcare field with licensure
Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of supervisory experience
