Sierra Space is seeking a Sr Program Cost Scheduling & Control Analyst to lead planning and scheduling for complex space programs, develop budgets, and perform comprehensive financial analyses to ensure contract parameters and government cost control compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred for 3+ years of experience.
Typically 5+ years of related experience.
Experience with DoD contracting and government cost control policies.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and scheduling for complex programs.
Prepare budgets and schedules for all contract work.
Perform financial analyses including funding profiles and variance analysis.
Maintain funding records and manage contractual changes.
Mentor team members and coordinate with stakeholders.
Monitor contract baselines and ensure compliance with EVMS.
