Job summary

RTX in Andover, Massachusetts is seeking a finance professional to join the Product support PMO and IPT leads, coordinating the Earned Value Management System, budgets, forecasts, and EACs. You will prepare 5-Year and Annual Operating Plans, monthly financial forecasts and reviews, and perform variance analyses to keep performance on plan.

This onsite role requires 5+ years in program control and experience with SAP, APEX, RPLAN, and Business Warehouse.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in Program Control, EVMS, FP&A and/or Pricing.
• Proficiency with SAP, APEX, RPLAN, Business Warehouse, EDIT+, ACES or similar systems.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare various Product Area and Mission Area level financial deliverables, including 5-Year and Annual Operation Plans, monthly forecasts and reviews.
• Manage EACs, SDRLs, Baseline Management and governance/compliance activities.
• Prepare budgets and schedules, establish a Performance Measurement Baseline, and perform variance analyses.
• Develop Monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) and Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) with IPT leads and CAMs.
• Provide EVMS-related data for executive reviews and customer communications.
