Job summary

Boulder Chamber is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to manage multiple chamber programs and drive their success from concept to close-out. You will set timelines, manage budgets, and partner with advisory committees, speakers, and vendors to keep programs on time and on brand.

The role carries autonomy with potential guidance to contractors and ambassadors, and collaborates with the Events & Programs team to align on-site logistics, processes, and cross-functional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or event coordination.
• Expert-level program and project management skills with autonomy; proficient with Airtable and GrowthZone.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Chamber programs and advisory committees, including scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes and follow-up.
• Translate program goals into actionable plans with partners and committees; maintain operating guidelines.
• Review goals, participation and results with the Senior Director and suggest improvements for future programming.
