Job summary

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Program Coordinator to support the successful execution of complex government and defense programs.

You will work with Program Managers, contracts, finance, security, recruiting, customers, and subcontractors to ensure contractual, financial, staffing, and administrative requirements stay on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experiencesupporting programs, projects, contracts, or business operations, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting Program Managers and cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience tracking budgets, funding, labor, schedules, deliverables, and/or staffing.
  • Ability to identify issues, independently research solutions, and appropriately elevate program risks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees, senior leadership, government customers, and industry partners.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularlyExcel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Independently analyze program schedules, milestones, contractual requirements, staffing, financial performance, and operational risks across multiple contracts, task orders, and projects; provide recommendations to Program Management regarding program execution.
  • Evaluate program performance against cost, schedule, staffing, funding, and contractual objectives; identify material variances and emerging risks; and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze contract funding, labor expenditures, utilization, travel, and other program costs; support forecasting and EAC development; and advise Program Management regarding financial and funding requirements.
  • Assess program staffing requirements, identify resource gaps and clearance-related constraints, and develop staffing recommendations to mitigate impacts to program execution.
  • Analyze proposed contract modifications, funding changes, staffing adjustments, and other contractual actions and assess their potential impact on cost, schedule, resources, compliance, and customer commitments.
  • Lead cross-functional analysis of program issues involving Contracts, Finance, HR, Security, Recruiting, Technical Operations, and other business functions; evaluate alternatives and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • Independently assess financial, contractual, staffing, schedule, operational, and customer-related risks; evaluate potential impacts; develop mitigation strategies; and advise Program Management on corrective actions.
  • Develop, implement, and improve program-management processes, controls, dashboards, reporting methodologies, and analytical tools to improve efficiency, program visibility, and management decision-making.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance, staffing, funding utilization, invoices, deliverables, and contractual commitments; identify material risks or variances; and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze solicitation and task-order requirements and contribute to proposal strategies by evaluating staffing requirements, resource needs, execution approaches, and program risks.
  • Prepare management-level analyses, briefings, and recommendations for Program Management, senior leadership, and customer-facing reviews involving program performance, financial status, staffing, risks, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable program records in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Program Coordinators when assigned.
  • Perform additional program-management and analytical duties as required.

Senior Program Coordinator

Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i), focused on software development and systems engineering for intelligence and combat systems, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Program Coordinator to support the successful execution of complex government and defense programs. This position works closely with Program Managers, technical leads, contracts, finance, security, recruiting, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate day-to-day program activities and ensure contractual, financial, staffing, and administrative requirements remain on track.


The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. This role is well suited for someone who understands government contracting and wants to grow toward a Program Manager position.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Independently analyze program schedules, milestones, contractual requirements, staffing, financial performance, and operational risks across multiple contracts, task orders, and projects; provide recommendations to Program Management regarding program execution.


  • Evaluate program performance against cost, schedule, staffing, funding, and contractual objectives; identify material variances and emerging risks; and recommend corrective actions.

  • Experience supporting IDIQ contracts and individual task orders.

  • Familiarity with contract funding, ceilings, burn rates, forecasts, and Estimates at Completion.

  • Experience coordinating CDRLs and other government contract deliverables.

  • Experience working with subcontractors and multiple corporate functional organizations.

  • Experience with proposal development and government solicitations.

  • Familiarity with DoD security and clearance processes.

  • Experience using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Planner, Jira, or similar project-management tools.

  • CAPM, PMP, or other project/program management certification is a plus.


Applicant must have


  • Applicant must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access

  • Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.


Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $140,000 - $155,000 hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
