Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 7 years of direct project controls experience.
• Field experience in facilitating and producing detailed construction schedules.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and project controls software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Controls budget and schedule across related projects.
• Develop and maintain program controls reporting systems per the PgEP.
• Lead schedule management, Earned Value, forecasting and cost control.
• Direct the program controls team and ensure quality and consistency across controls practices.
• Interface with clients, attend program meetings, and present management reports.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, customers and contractors to develop additional business.
• Recruit, develop, train and retain the program controls staff.
