L3Harris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Controls in Melbourne, FL (or Huntsville, AL) to join the Missile Solutions segment. You will partner with CAMs and BMs to implement program controls, drive EVM processes, and ensure disciplined change control across Tier 1 and DFAR programs.

You will analyze program data, support CEAC/EAC activities, and provide guidance to teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely corrective actions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience accepted.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR, EVMS, and program health metrics is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze program data (labor, material, subcontract, ODC) to inform management decisions.
• Develop Baseline plans using WBS, EVM techniques, and cost/schedule integration.
• Guide CAMs through EAC and CEAC activities with accuracy.
• Perform variance analysis with clear drivers and corrective actions.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to forecasts to avoid surprises.
• Advise CAMs on AR EVM policies and best practices.
• Train junior PCAs as needed and drive closure of actions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
