Job summary

Sony Corporation of America is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Digital Transformation Office. The role is hybrid, based in San Diego or Los Angeles, and leads cross-functional, global programs to modernize platforms and drive business value.

You will orchestrate strategy-to-execution with senior leaders, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure adoption and operational readiness of solutions. A strong PM background and experience with AI, cloud, and data initiatives are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive program management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional digital programs.
• Direct program management experience in AI, cloud, data initiatives preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and steering committees.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program leadership across multiple business units and regions.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, priorities and execution plans.
• Drive initiatives to transform customer experience, data capabilities, and operating models.
• Establish governance, risk management, and measurable business outcomes.
• Mentor junior program managers and advance PM maturity.
