Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support CH-53K and NAVAIR programs at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, test, logistics, contracts, and product IPTs to manage cost, schedule, and performance.

Requirements include senior-level expertise with DoD acquisition processes, experience with IMS/PPBE, and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Senior - MA/MS degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience may substitute for a Master’s Degree.
• Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience may substitute for a Master’s Degree.
• Six (6) years additional work experience may substitute for a Master’s Degree.
• Senior - over 10 years of combined experience with at least 5 years in management, technical, or business case analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasking, action items, RFIs, and executive correspondence; provide recommendations to the Level II IPT Lead.
• Collaborate with Level I/II IPT Leads, Product IPTs, functional leads, and external stakeholders on capability roadmaps and SoS integration.
• Assist planning, execution, and financial management of CIT activities including spend plans and PMT requests.
• Experience with NAVAIR AMS, PMT, CDRL tool, CSPT and related processes.
• Develop, manage, and deliver presentations for internal teams, prime contractors, and DON leadership.
• Participate in ERBs, SETRs, PDR/CDR, TIMs, PMRs and other reviews.
