Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support the Patuxent River, MD Program Office.

You will manage cost, schedule and performance, coordinate cross-functional activities among engineering, test, logistics, contracts and IPTs, and support SoS integration and capability planning. You will develop acquisition documentation (SOWs, CDRLs, IGCEs) and deliver executive briefings to senior leaders, while applying DoD/ Navy policies and PPBE processes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level analyst with 10+ years in program performance analysis for aircraft/weapon programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional IPTs or equivalent acquisitions orgs.
• Secret clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship required.
• Knowledge of PPBE, IMS development, and acquisition policies.

Responsibilities

• Support cost, schedule and performance management for assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, test, logistics, contracts and IPTs.
• Develop acquisition documents: SOWs, PPAs, CDRLs, IGCEs.
• Prepare briefs for DON leadership and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and financial management of CIT activities.
