Job summary

Aptive Resources is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the VA ORD QUERI program, focusing on implementation science, quality improvement, and program evaluation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, health administration, public health, research, data science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting program management or program analysis in a complex organization.
• Working knowledge of implementation science and quality improvement theories, models, and frameworks (e.g., CFIR, RE-AIM).
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools, specifically Claude, in project management or program analysis.
• Ability to independently manage tasks, prioritize workstreams, and contribute with minimal oversight.
• Experience with database management, data analysis, and data visualization using REDCap and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute processes for measuring, synthesizing, and reporting on program impacts in implementation science and quality improvement.
• Develop and manage administrative processes: databases, information collection tools, and file repositories.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs governing project and program administrative processes.
• Apply AI tools, including Claude, to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Apply implementation science to measure impacts at an organizational level.
• Perform data analysis and visualization using REDCap and Excel to support tracking and reporting.
• Prepare program-level reports, summaries, and analyses related to project activities.
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely processing of requests and deliverables.
• Communicate clearly with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and support objectives.
