Job summary

Angayut, LLC seeks a Senior Program Analyst to lead contractor-side analysis and quality control for program, portfolio, real-property, and risk reporting. Supports CBP under the PPMSS contract, aiding USBP and AMO programs.

The role coordinates analysts, standardizes reporting, mentors staff, and advises Government clients on data gaps and risks while ensuring compliance with PMO requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional relevant experience may offset the requirement.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in program analysis or real-property programs preferred.
• Experience leading federal facilities/real-property program analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate analysts, standardize templates, and review reports before submission.
• Lead quality checks on portfolio data and mentor analysts on processes.
• Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, track actions to closure, and communicate status.
• Support acquisition timelines, prepare SOWs and PWSs aligned with FAR/HSAR.
• Gather information from SMEs and prepare briefs on costs and risks.
• Maintain BPAM real-property portfolio data in TRIRIGA and related records.
• Prepare monthly Real Property Management Report and track asset values.
• Support portfolio-analysis database covering regional conditions and costs.
• Review PRDs and interagency agreements; track cost, schedule, performance.
