Job summary

SAIC seeks a Sr Program Analyst to support the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Division at NSWC Crane, Indiana. The role provides critical financial, operational, and administrative support to the PMO and coordinates communication between SAIC teams and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities include tracking funding pipelines, preparing monthly financial reports, coordinating CDreflects of CDRLs, and assisting with milestone tracking and reviews. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with six+ years of related experience or a Master’s with four+ years.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and scheduling tools.
• Experience with DoD funding processes (MIPRs, 7600 series) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-team communication skills.
• Must obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, financial, and administrative support to the PMO.
• Monitor program health, funding pipelines, and monthly status reports.
• Coordinate CDQL/CDRL deliverables and task order milestones.
• Prepare executive briefings and support bi-weekly pipeline reviews.
• Maintain program tracking sheets, action logs, and risk registers.
