Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our team in St. Inigoes, MD.

This is a hybrid position requiring 2 onsite days per week and an Interim Secret clearance to begin. You will analyze program requirements, status, budget, funds and schedules using MS Excel and Navy ERP, perform DoD program management and support IPTs, and help collect and interpret technical and financial data for aircraft programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience; 9+ years accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting Navy/DoD customers.
• Experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation using Navy ERP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program requirements, status, budget, funds, and schedules using Excel and Navy ERP.
• Conduct program management and business analysis for major DoD acquisition systems.
• Provide program analysis support for all aspects of the program within IPTs.

This is a hybrid remote position and requires 2 days of onsite support weekly. An Interim Secret clearance at a minimum will be required to begin work.

Responsibilities will be:

• Utilization of MS Excel functions and the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) Tool for analysis of program requirements, status, budget, funds, and schedules.
• Perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provide recommendations to ensure program success.
• Provide program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Participate as a member of and/or supports the overall Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
• Apply policies and procedures for financial planning.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and five (5) years or more of related experience; 9+ years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting Navy/DoD environment and customers.
• Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs utilizing the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) tool.
• Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start to date - and a Secret clearance once on board.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
