Job summary

JRC in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Analyst for the Flag Office to support Navy programs (SLCM-N and CPS). You will manage workflows, prioritize deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met while coordinating with the front office and SSP leadership.

You will develop naval correspondence, lead weekly branch meetings, and oversee travel coordination using DTS. A bachelor’s degree and a SECRET clearance are required, with DoD/Navy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management and administrative excellence.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Experience using the Defense Travel System (DTS) and DoD travel policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active DoD SECRET security clearance; Navy program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Navy cultures and serve as lead coordinator for high-level events.
• Execute coordination between division head, staff, and SSP leadership; prepare updates.
• Compose internal program status reporting for the division.
• Lead technical writing of Naval Correspondence and related documents.
• Chair weekly branch meetings and provide status updates.
• Coordinate travel using DTS and interface with travel systems.
