• Experience in conducting formal lessons learned collections and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aviation operations and identify ACE-specific trends.
• Develop best practices for aviation combat element operations.
• Produce formal reports and analytical products for Marine Corps Centers Lessons Learned.
