Responsibilities

• Establishes long-range goals, modernization roadmaps, and portfolio priorities for DLA I/O and DoW alignment.
• Directs multi-project execution, milestone tracking, and enterprise issue resolution.
• Leads senior-level collaboration with executives and industry partners to build consensus and manage risks.
• Develops executive decision packages, briefings, and strategic communications for SES leadership.
• Oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR coordination with executives and HR specialists.
• Directs and evaluates work of GS-13/GS-14 leads, enforcing EEO requirements.
