Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail in IT work and reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Customer service mindset; ability to anticipate IT needs and tailor solutions.
• Oral communication skills for briefing senior management and IT staff on complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises highly skilled personnel in the systems analysis discipline.
• Provides high-level technical and architectural expertise for planning and implementing new systems and optimizing practices.
• Develops strategic plans to achieve long-term directorate mission and DISA goals.
• Develops mission partner portfolios and strategic plans for oversight and delivery of capabilities.
• Advises on DoD customer mission alignment and operational effectiveness, status, and policy requirements.
