QED Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role focuses on technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and requirements development for DoD programs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, including three years in an analyst role within acquisition. The position requires an active Secret clearance and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in program management, engineering, systems management, business management, computer sciences, information management, or related discipline.
• Eight+ years of applicable experience, including three years as a practicing analyst responsible for a functional area of an acquisition program.
• Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
• Support DoD product management via Acquisition, Risk Management, Technical Reviews, Technology Readiness Assessments and related DoD applications.
• Prepare and review acquisition documentation, reports, and briefings.
• Monitor program systems status across theaters of operation.
• Present project status, accomplishments, and long-term plans to PM FPS leadership.
