Job summary

OBXtek is staffing a Senior Programmer Analyst to support the Army’s UNM program at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires detailed familiarity with MS Project, IMS, and overseeing complex schedules across multiple regions, including Germany.

You will liaison between Fort Belvoir HQ and Germany teams, review major contract deliverables, prepare SOPs and funding documents, and support program reviews. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• MS Project and IMS familiarity; manage and support multiple projects.
• 8+ years related PM experience and oversight of large, multi-regional teams.
• Active Secret Clearance required; Army Acquisition Process experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review project schedules; coordinate with Fort Belvoir and Germany teams.
• Develop SOPs, funding documents, presentations, and after-action reports.
• Prepare program reviews and maintain/update project plans and schedules.
• Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for assigned projects.
