Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing financial matters related to overall program planning, funding management, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to interpret budget guidance while maintaining the forecast of expenditures and obligations for all projects.
• Measuring program effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency to ensure attainment of goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities of lower graded program analysts, to ensure uniformity of methods and analysis.
• Advise and act for the Chief, PCB, on all matters relating to overall program planning, funding management, reporting requirements, and the implementation and operation of CEFMS.
• Develop and maintain the forecast of expenditures and obligations for all TAM projects and ensure the adequacy of project funding.
• Establish, develop, and implement management reports of design and construction programs to meet the needs of project managers, TAM supervisory staff, and higher headquarters.
• Provide advice, counsel, and instruction to accomplish the assigned function.
