Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant / Senior Program Analyst to join our team providing professional services to the senior leadership of Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive - Shipyard Operations (DPAE-SO), formally NAVSEA 04 (Industrial Operations). This role is based five days onsite at the Washington Navy Yard, reporting to senior NAVSEA leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and able to multi-task.
• Experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes or similar government processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required or five years of relevant administrative experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level support to DPAE-SO leadership and staff.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and scheduling; prepare briefs and agendas.
• Manage correspondence, records, and documentation in accordance with DON/DPAE-SO policies.
• Prepare travel arrangements (CONUS/OCONUS) and reimbursements using DTS.
• Produce reports and maintain action-item tracking and analytics.
