AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is seeking an Analyst III to support the RTES contract in Huntsville, Alabama. The role focuses on managing cost, schedule, performance, risks, and issues across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers and teammates on project scope and cost estimates, maintain strong communication, and ensure program compliance. A bachelor’s degree and security clearance eligibility are required, with US citizenship.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; Excel is highly proficient.

Responsabilités

• Manage Cost, Schedule, Performance, Risks, and Issues across the project lifecycle.
• Develop accurate project scopes with customers and teammates.
• Coordinate cost estimates with Program Operations Lead and others.
• Maintain constant communication with customers on project needs and changes.
• Develop schedules, org charts, quad charts, and funds management tools.
• Create a Work Breakdown Structure for labor, materials, and travel costs.
• Learn RTC funding rules and RTC-specific software.
• Provide regular project updates via text, email, calls, or meetings.
• Take on additional responsibilities to ensure mission success.
