Job summary

Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Senior Program Analyst (Continuous Process Improvement) to support internal and government customer initiatives at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a track record of leading CPI programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or STEM field.
• 10+ years of related experience in continuous process improvement.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing CPI strategies including data integration and dashboards.
• Experience developing and maintaining CPI processes and procedures.
• Experience ITIL practices across unclassified and classified environments.
• Knowledge of Service Management workflows and ITSM processes.
• Expertise in Service Management and Service Integration solutions.
• Ability to set long-term objectives to meet end user requirements.
• Proven ability to continuously improve and integrate services and procedures.
• Experience in network operations, quality assurance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of architectures and technologies supporting networks and enterprise integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development and implementation of a CPI strategy aligned with program goals.
• Collaborates across the organization to identify improvement opportunities and develops action plans for government customer.
• Develops and maintains documentation for CPI processes and procedures.
• Designs and implements service improvement projects delivering measurable results.
• Analyzes service performance data and customer feedback to identify trends.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gain buy-in for improvement initiatives.
• Develops and maintains KPIs to measure improvement efforts with CPI methodologies.
• Creates and presents reports on improvement initiatives and quality metrics to senior management.
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Keeps abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in service management.
