Overview
The Senior Program Analyst will provide DoD Acquisition Workforce support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Systems Engineering & Logistics Directorate (SEA 05), SEA 05 Executive Director (SEA 05B), and the Chief of Staff. The Senior Program Analyst will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with oversight responsibility for data collection, review and analysis, metric-based reporting to include organizational programs/projects. The Senior Program Analyst will evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of SEA 05 initiatives, programs, and operations. Assignments involve analysis of SEA 05 personnel data and data systems, workload demand, and workload forecasting (to include data modeling and quad chart analysis). In conjunction with SEA 10, the analyst will manage the DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) support for SEA 05.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
Pay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $80,000-$120,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
