What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive program analysis, evaluate performance, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Apply knowledge of relevant policies and regulations to project development and implementation
- Identify and resolve complex issues while developing creative solutions to enhance program effectiveness
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data, preparing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure timely completion within budget
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business management/administration, project management, or finance
- Minimum of ten (10) years of multi-functional experience in management, administration, program analytics, and support services management
- Exceptional time management skills and experience in data analysis and report creation
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Current U.S. Passport with at least 1 year prior to expiration and 3 blank pages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Supervisory military experience in administration, human resources, or manpower
- Experience with overseas government or contract work
- Strong goal-setting and team-building capabilities
- Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to contracts
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
