Job summary

SAIC seeks a Sr Program Analyst to support the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Division at NSWC Crane, IN. This role ensures financial integrity, program health, and seamless communication between technical teams, PMO leadership, and government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will manage funding pipelines, deliverables, and schedules while producing executive briefings and maintaining documentation to SAIC and customer standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Six+ years of related experience; Master's degree with four+ years is also acceptable.
• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous organizational skills.
• Experience with DoD funding processes (MIPRs, 7600A/B) is highly desirable.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Pipeline Tracking: monitor funding, track MIPR processes, analyze burn rates, and prepare monthly status reports.
• Deliverable Management: develop, review, and submit Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Project Coordination: assist Task Order Leads with milestones, schedules, and critical task orders.
• Reporting & Reviews: prepare executive briefings and coordinate bi-weekly pipeline/growth reviews; document outcomes.
• Day-to-Day Duties: maintain tracking sheets, risk registers, and ensure subcontractor billing alignment; organize program docs.

SAIC is seeking a Sr Program Analyst to support the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Division located at NSWC Crane, Indiana.
Job Description The Sr Program Analyst provides critical operational, financial, and administrative support to the Program Management Office (PMO). This role acts as a primary coordinator for tracking program health, managing financial pipelines, facilitating contract deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication between the SAIC technical teams, program management leadership, and government stakeholders.
Duties Financial & Pipeline Tracking Monitor program funding, track 7600/MIPR funding processes, analyze burn rates, and prepare monthly financial status reports. Deliverable Management Coordinate the development, quality review, and submission of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Project Coordination Assist Task Order Leads with tracking project milestones, managing schedules, and coordinating critical task orders (e.g., specialized hardware/software upgrades).Reporting & Reviews Prepare executive briefings, coordinate bi-weekly pipeline and growth reviews, and document meeting outcomes.
Day to Day Duties Maintain and update program tracking sheets, action item logs, and risk registers. Collaborate with Finance and Subcontract Administrators to monitor subcontractor execution and billing alignment. Draft, format, and organize program documentation, ensuring compliance with SAIC and customer standards. Coordinate program reviews, scheduling meetings, setting agendas, and capturing action items for follow-up.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related technical discipline and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling) and Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools. Experience with DoD funding processes (MIPRs, 7600A/B) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across multi-disciplinary engineering and management teams.
• Obtain/Maintain Secret clearance.
