Zachary Piper Solutions in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Program Administrative Assistant to support a senior Program Manager overseeing multiple SETA and A&AS portfolios for Space Systems Command. This role is the operational backbone, managing calendars, taskers, meeting coordination, and office operations across high-visibility space programs.

The position is onsite in El Segundo. Requires 5–10 years in executive support or administration, DoD/DoS exposure preferred, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience in executive support, office management, program support, or administration.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and task management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience supporting senior leaders, program managers, or executive-level customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedules, action items, and taskers.
• Coordinate meetings, leadership reviews, customer engagements, and travel.
• Track deliverables, suspense dates, and program priorities to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, briefings, and executive correspondence.
• Capture and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
• Maintain electronic files, shared drives, and documentation repositories.
• Support personnel actions, onboarding activities, and office administration.
• Interface with senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
