Job summary

StellarPeak Corp. in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Program and Acquisition Manager with TS/SCI CI Poly to lead program-level support for a government customer. The role focuses on capturing mission outcomes, analyzing requirements, and coordinating acquisition activities across multiple contracts and stakeholders.

The candidate will document decisions, develop acquisition plans, manage governance gates, and drive risk and RFP/conops processes to align with government policies and timelines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in program and acquisition management.
• Experience with government acquisition processes.
• Experience supporting DoD and/or the Intelligence Community.
• Seasoned staff officer with ability to coordinate acquisition plans.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Capture mission outcomes and contract requirements with PMs and COTRs.
• Analyze requirements to identify dependencies across contracts.
• Recommend allocation of contract requirements based on analysis of outcomes and goals.
• Document acquisition portfolio decisions with timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Develop and deliver a contract requirements process with stakeholders.
• Identify interfaces and governance gates to integrate the program baseline.
• Develop mission outcomes and acquisition plans with stakeholders.
• Identify programmatic risks and input RIO into the risk process.
• Prepare RFP documents (SOWs, CDRLs) and CONOPS for contracts.
• Identify, develop, and maintain acquisition management processes.
