Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking Lifecycle Acquisition Management Support Specialists to guide DoD/IC programs from planning through execution. You will develop program documents, review requirements, and coordinate budget execution with government partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business, computer science, or engineering related field.
• Four or more years of specialized experience with DoD or IC Agency acquisition processes and procedures.
• Four or more years of specialized experience in program/project management.
• Demonstrated experience with DoD or IC Agency budgeting and financial processes and tools.
• Six or more years of specialized experience with Agency systems architecture components & processes.
• Experience as a cost estimator in the DoD or IC.
• Experience developing MIP/NIP funding submissions and justifications at the budget program level or above to Congress and DoD/ODNI.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the government in successful execution throughout the entire lifecycle of designated efforts from concept to deactivation & disposal.
• Creating program documents, plans, and related artifacts; reviewing for accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting program management, business management, and budget execution reviews for IPF programs and providing feedback to the Government.
• Providing analysis and coordination of program-level financial management plans and reports, including FY spend plans, POMs, variance analyses, and corrective actions.
• Assisting with cost estimates and independent program office cost models; improving estimating methods.
• Collaborating within the IPO and with partners across offices and suppliers; conducting briefings and TEMs.
• Tracking IPF SPIDs and security processes; preparing IPO/project presentations for external organizations.

Education
