Job summary

AiRISTA is seeking a leader for the Professional Services organization to deploy RTLS solutions and provide Tier 2 support for existing accounts. You will lead a team of 4-8 engineers, serving as the technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensuring successful project execution.

You will report to the COO or CEO and collaborate with Sales, Product Management and R&D, with up to 25% travel and a focus on documentation, QA, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in technology with networking, software deployment, and customer implementation.
• 3-5 years of management experience leading a team of 5+ engineers.
• 2-5 years implementing IoT/RTLS solutions.
• Certifications in Project Management, Scrum, CWNA/CWSP/WCNA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional services team (4-8 FTE) delivering deployments to customers.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support and coordinate with Tier 3 as needed.
• Oversee documentation and reporting during and after projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and R&D.
• Guide customers on configuring AiRISTA solutions for ROI and performance.
• Develop and manage contractor ecosystem for scalable services.
