Senior Professional Engineer / Project Manager - Highway

Join TKDA as a Senior Professional Engineer / Project Manager - Highway in Milwaukee. This role involves leading transportation infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and client collaboration. You will report to the Highway Group Manager and contribute to business development and project execution in a hybrid work environment (Tues-Thu in-office, Mon & Fri WFH).

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, staffing, and execution
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and clients
• Prepare reports, specifications, and design plans
• Support business development efforts
• Mentor team members and ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with transportation focus
• PE license in Wisconsin
• 10+ years highway design experience
• 2+ years managing multi-disciplinary projects
• Proven business development success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and Wisconsin DOT standards
• Professional registration in multiple states
