Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create operation flow charts, procedures, and reports for management.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of delivery team members.
• Manage receiving and shipping documents and inventory levels to align with demand.
• Issue 8D reports and lead investigation and analysis.
